WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Orders will take between 3-5 weeks. If order isn't received after 5 weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact our supplier to resolve any potential issues.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left our suppliers warehouse they are then the property of the courier companies. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
